Abstract

Dataset que incluye: "NBPP_ProteinAbundance_rawdata.tsv" principal file containing LC-MS/MS data for the identification as well as quantitative abundance of all proteins in the elution after binding to pLD-resin, PNA-resin, or control resin. "NBPP_suppl_table_1.tsv" (Supplementary Material Table S1) containing the list of proteins exclusively eluted from pLD and/or PNA resins, or with >= 2 fold enrichment compared to control resin. "NBPP_suppl_table_2_enrichment.Process.tsv" (Supplementary Material Table S2) containing data of “enrichment process” generated by STRING for functional analysis of NBPPs. "NBPP_suppl_table_3_enrichment.DISEASES_.tsv" (Supplementary Material Table S3) containing data of DOID (Disease Ontology ID) generated by “Disease Ontology” analysis of NBPPs identified.
