Abstract

[ES]La Alianza de Institutos de Investigación Sanitaria (Alianza IIS - ISCIII Portal Web) establece un espacio estable de colaboración y trabajo conjunto del Instituto de Salud Carlos III (en adelante ISCIII) con los Institutos de Investigación Sanitaria acreditados (en adelante IIS). Constituida por el ISCIII en noviembre de 2019, tras este periodo de cinco años se ha consolidado como un eje de reflexión, aprendizaje compartido e innovación cooperativa en I+D+I biomédica con especial orientación al Sistema Nacional de Salud y como tal forma parte del SECTI. Sus principales objetivos son los siguientes: ‒ Abordar las necesidades de los IIS en el entorno dinámico de la I+D+I. ‒ Orientar las políticas científicas de los IIS, alineándolas con las líneas estratégicas del marco normativo europeo. ‒ Fomentar la cooperación entre IIS, creando sinergias que aumenten su competitividad. ‒ Potenciar la participación de los IIS en la definición de líneas de actuación del ISCIII. Uno de los principales espacios para desarrollar estos objetivos son los grupos de trabajo de la Alianza de IIS (en adelante GdT). En ellos se analiza la situación, desarrollo y limitaciones de aquellos aspectos de especial interés para la planificación estratégica y desarrollo científico de los IIS. Como resultado se generan documentos de reflexión, disponibles en la web del ISCIII en la serie Informes de la Alianza de IIS. [EN] The Alliance of Health Research Institutes (IIS Alliance - ISCIII Web Portal) establishes a stable space for collaboration and joint work between the Carlos III Health Institute (hereinafter ISCIII) and the accredited Health Research Institutes (hereinafter IIS). Established by the ISCIII in November 2019, after this five-year period it has consolidated itself as a hub for reflection, shared learning and cooperative innovation in biomedical R&D with a special focus on the National Health System and as such is part of the SECTI. Its main objectives are the following: ‒ To address the needs of the Health Research Institutes (IIS) in the dynamic R&D&I environment. ‒ To guide the scientific policies of the IIS, aligning them with the strategic lines of the European regulatory framework. ‒ To foster cooperation between IIS, creating synergies that increase their competitiveness. ‒ To enhance the participation of the IIS in defining the lines of action of the ISCIII (Carlos III Health Institute). One of the main forums for achieving these objectives is the working groups of the Health Research Institutes Alliance (hereinafter referred to as WRIs). These groups analyze the situation, development, and limitations of aspects of particular interest for the strategic planning and scientific development of the Health Research Institutes.
