We found that rate of pneumonia decreased among HIV-Infected children in the highly active antiretroviral therapy era but still remained higher than in the general population. Non-AIDS-defining pneumonia remains a significant health problem for HIV-infected children.engAMhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/AdolescentAntiretroviral Therapy, Highly ActiveChildChild, PreschoolCross-Sectional StudiesFemaleHIV InfectionsHumansIncidenceMalePneumoniaRetrospective StudiesSpainTrend of pneumonia incidence among children infected with HIV in the era of highly active antiretroviral therapy.Atribución-NoComercial 4.0 Internacional22414905316599-60110.1097/INF.0b013e3182501cd41532-0987The Pediatric infectious disease journalopen access
