An independent cluster of EBLV-1 possibly resulted from geographic isolation and association with a different reservoir from other European strains. EBLV-1 phylogeny is complex and probably associated with host evolutionary history.engVoRAnimalsBrainChiropteraEuropeLyssavirusRNA, ViralRhabdoviridae InfectionsSequence Analysis, DNASpainPhylogenyPhylogeny of European bat Lyssavirus 1 in Eptesicus isabellinus bats, SpainAtribución-NoComercial-CompartirIgual 4.0 Internacional21392449173520-310.3201/eid1703.1008941080-6059Emerging infectious diseasesopen access
