[ES] Objetivo: Definir estrategias de intervención en la fuente, medio y trabajador para la prevención de golpes de calor en trabajadores de una PYME de Ingeniería Civil, según factores de riesgo y planeación estratégica. Método: Se aplicó un cuestionario a cuatro trabajadores operativos indagando sobre variables sociodemográficas, condiciones laborales, antecedentes médicos, hábitos personales y conocimientos sobre el tema para definir medidas de control. Se aplicó herramientas de planeación estratégica para revisar capacidades de la organización. Resultados: Los hallazgos revelaron una alta exposición solar, pausas preventivas insuficientes y falta de infraestructura adecuada para descanso e hidratación. Se identificaron factores individuales que aumentan la vulnerabilidad, como edad, hipertensión arterial y consumo de cafeína. A pesar de contar con capacitación previa, todos los trabajadores reportaron síntomas compatibles con golpe de calor. Se evidenciaron deficiencias en la dotación de EPP especializado y en el seguimiento médico. Conclusiones: El estudio permitió diseñar estrategias de intervención diferenciadas en la fuente, el medio y el trabajador, orientadas a reducir el riesgo térmico. Se recomienda la implementación de un plan integral que incluya reorganización de horarios, mejoras en infraestructura, adquisición de EPP especializado, monitoreo ambiental, fortalecimiento de campañas educativas y vigilancia médica activa. La viabilidad de las acciones debe ser confrontada con las capacidades de las empresas. [EN] Objective: To define intervention strategies at the source, in the environment, and workers to prevent heatstroke among workers at a civil engineering SME, based on risk factors and strategic planning. Method: A questionnaire was administered to four operational workers, inquiring about sociodemographic variables, working conditions, medical history, personal habits, and knowledge of the subject to define control measures. Strategic planning tools were used to review the organization’s capabilities. Results: The findings revealed high sun exposure, insufficient preventive breaks, and a lack of adequate infrastructure for rest and hydration. Individual factors that increase vulnerability were identified, such as advanced age, high blood pressure, and caffeine intake. Despite having received prior training, all workers reported symptoms consistent with heatstroke. Deficiencies were evident in the provision of specialized PPE and occupational medical monitoring. Conclusions: The study enabled the design of differentiated intervention strategies targeting the source, the environment, and the worker, aimed at reducing thermal risk. The implementation of a comprehensive plan is recommended, including reorganization of schedules, infrastructure improvements, acquisition of specialized PPE, environmental monitoring, strengthening of educational campaigns, and active medical surveillance. The feasibility of the actions must be assessed in light of the capabilities of the companies.
